Some dudes scared to talk their politics
rather chill and holla "chicks"
Rather rap a dis, laced with expletives
while the world wars they rather sit
in their studio, making rhymes
when they have the platform to changin lives
Who's gunna feed the children in Africa
Who's gunna stop the sex traffica
who's gunna keep that girl from gettin rapped
who's gunna stop crimes motivated by hate
We got power with our vote
Power with our voice of hope
Knowledge is power
but we scared of education
And if I talk smart then they hattin'
Sayin'
G you really think your it
You gettin political when you spit
I'm like that cuz I want a change
The economy can't stay the same
Do I want a girl to kill her son
She's only 16 just wants to have fun
and that kid he would be a pressure
she unfit would abortion be better?
We can regulate the choice she makes
So a child's life can be kept safe.
That's why I saw what I say,
That's why I do what I do
That's why I blog what I blog
To make you think
And if you mad then thats ok!!!
It means something is stirring in your heart today!!!
Raise your voice....speak the truth!!!
Change the World!!!!
Yeah I just started writing and couldn't stop lol.
You know ever since I started working at FamilyNet its crazy how much I've learned about politics about the world around us. Several of our guest have talked about sex slavery and human trafficking and its really hit me hard. Atlanta is one of the major cites for human trafficking and sex slavery. It makes me sit back and wonder what can I do to change the situation?
The first thing and most important is to pray!! I need to spread the Gospel because that is the most powerful thing I have.
The second, is become involved in getting stricter laws, and more investigation on these alleged traffickers. We can stop this with the help of the government...but we need to elect the correct officials.
So go out and vote...please....vote!
